Event Details and FAQs

• Can I reserve tables for my large party?

  Reservations for up to 20 people in the taproom may be arranged by filling out the form above. Reservations are considered on a “first come, first served” basis and are available during normal business hours. We will hold the tables for 15 minutes after the agreed-upon reservation time or the tables will be released. Please fill out the event request form for pricing details. You may cancel the reservation, and receive a full refund of your booking fee if canceled 7 days prior to the event date. If you cancel after this time-frame, or are a no-show, you will forfeit the booking fee.

• What if my group is larger than 20 people?

  We offer private party reservations for up to 90 people in the taproom. This means the taproom and brewery will be closed to the public. These are available ANY day of the week!  Please note the following:

  • Private party rates will vary depending on which day of the week the event is held.  This will be calculated from the time of set-up until the time the doors are re-opened to the public.
  • The hourly minimum does NOT include merchandise, growlers, or cans.
  • This fee covers staffing, clearing and additional coordination required for your event, along with all clean-up.
  • It does NOT include gratuities for the bartenders. In addition to the above, we do require that you tip our bartenders a minimum of 18% per bartender.
  • A booking fee is required ONE MONTH in advance of the date you wish to reserve.  This booking fee secures your spot on the Private Party Schedule and will be applied to your tab on the day of the event.  You may cancel the reservation, and receive a full refund of your booking fee if canceled 14 days prior to the event date. If you cancel after this time or are a no-show, you will forfeit the booking fee.
• Can I serve outside food at my private event?

  Absolutely! 

• Can I decorate the space for my private event?

  Yes! You can arrive 30 minutes prior to your event to decorate.

• What if I need to use a rental company to decorate my event?

  We do not handle any rental company coordination. However, we are happy to work with any rental company you may choose and ask for two days notice of equipment arrival. Castleburg Brewery is not responsible for the setup of rented equipment.

• How far in advance do I need to book my event?

  Spaces are booked on a “first come, first served” basis. The earlier you inquire and are able to begin planning the better, as demand and availability can fluctuate.
